ACE Brand was established in Melbourne in 1992 to manufacture and distribute electrical and electronic components to the Australian Lighting industry. It is backed up by the Company's own modern manufacturing facilities in the Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen in Southern China.

Modest Electrical Products manufactures a comprehensive range of Modest brand lampholders, electrical cables, plugs, cordline switches and electronic touch-on switches, which are all approved by Australian Electrical Authorities. It can also tailor-make light fitting components according to customer's requirement in both Melbourne and China.

With its extensive range of SAA approved components, Modest has in recent years produced in co-operations with its clients a huge range of Ceramic, Timber, Metal, Poly Resin and Crystal lamps for the Australian and New Zealand market. Fabric lampshades has become an integral part of its manufacturing activities in China.

Modest Electrical Products also distributes a range of electronic transformers and ballasts as well as the Solite range of electronic ballast adapters for use in energy-efficient lighting applications.

Modest recognises the energy saving potential of these electronically controlled lighting devices and the many benefits that can be derived from their installation in the domestic lighting market as well as the commercial lighting market where demand for this type of lighting has increased dramatically as a result of technological advances in lamp manufacture.
